About Me

I'm a program manager with 6 years of experience, who thrives on connecting people and turning big ideas into impactful plans. Over the years, I led complex development projects, helped shape how teams operate, and built processes that made scaling and delivery more effective.
While managing and leading technical and infrastructure projects, I implemented PMO methodologies, including standardizing the epic lifecycle, defining release and rollout processes, and driving the adoption of project management best practices.
I am most passionate about simplifying complexity, building robust processes, forming strong collaborations, and creating programs that make an impact.

Built a large-scale planning platform (Network Optimizer) for the NYC Department of Education, powering daily operations for over 150,000 students and 10K drivers.

Quarterly R&D Scope Planning
Designed and led Via's end-to-end quarterly planning process, impacting over 25 development teams and hundreds of engineers across the R&D organization.

Epic Lifecycle Formalization
Defined and implemented a standardized epic lifecycle - from initial scoping to post-release rollout - bringing structure, clarity, and consistency across product, engineering, and customer success teams.

Data Team Agile Transformation
Led the agile transformation of Via's data group by implementing PMO methodologies across teams, introducing sprint retrospectives, backlog grooming, epic tracking, and dependency management to bring clarity and structure to execution.

BFF Service Integration
Led the integration of a new Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture into a live, high-traffic product while enhancing scalability, significantly improving performance and latency, and delivering a seamless transition with zero user disruption.

Core Algorithmic Flow Architecture Redesign
Redesigned one of the system's most critical algorithmic components (the ride assignment flow) to enable more scalable and intelligent decision-making, without compromising performance in production environments.
